Green Shift Educational Services Ltd
We feel very proud to be part of Bring It On North East and to stand side by side with all other participating STEM focused businesses.
We are an educational service which specialises in the STEM (science, technology, engineering, and maths) subject areas. We deliver sessions across the whole North East working with schools, local communities, and businesses. We run workshops, after-school clubs, Staff CPD, science parties, teaching etc.... We offer a bespoke service so are also open to new suggestions. Our aim is to engage and inspire youngsters in these professions.
We want to reach as many people in our community to inform them about who we are and what we do. We want to connect and form networks with schools and businesses related to STEM.
Bring it on encompasses all things STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and maths) as do we. We feel that we need to work hand in hand with this and are very aware that we need to collaborate and work as a full STEM community to achieve this one goal we are all set out to achieve – to raise awareness, aspirations, and uptake of STEM-based professions and careers.
Bring it on is a fantastic, high profile event based in the north east of England and its reputation is outstanding. We feel very proud to be part of this and to stand side by side with all other participating STEM focussed businesses.
We think that participating in this event is the perfect vehicle for us to be able to showcase the important work that we do to our desired target audience. People do not know what is available to support them if they are not explicitly made aware of it.
STEM is something we are very passionate about as is the north east of England – we want all schools, parents, community groups to know we exist and to use us to help raise aspirations, attainment and engagement in these subjects.
We want our future generations to be at the forefront of these professions and new technologies.
What they will be exhibiting:
We will run a few (possibly 3) activities which the children can engage with and take part in. These would be decided closer to the time.
