Hartlepool company, JDR Cable Systems create durable products that carry power and information over extremely long distances. This time, we met Siobhan, Sarfraz and Alex and were able to learn about how they came to join JDR as university graduates.

In this episode they discuss how you can discover your specialism by rotating through areas of the organisation, how testing the limits of products assists future production and use and how aside from problem-solving, communication is key to an engineering role – not only to communicate with clients or colleagues but to be able to articulate product ideas in order for them to be developed properly.
